It operates through the following segments: FinishMaster US, Canadian Automotive Group, GSF Car Parts UK, and Corporate Office and Others. The FinishMaster US segment offers refinish and industrial coatings and related products. The Canadian Automotive Group segment provides automotive aftermarket parts, including refinish and industrial coatings and related products, through Canadian network. The GSF Car Parts UK segment distributes automotive original equipment manufacturer and aftermarket parts across the United Kingdom. The Corporate Office and Others segment includes head office expenses and other expenses mainly related to the financing structure. The company was founded on November 22, 1968 and is headquartered in Boucherville, Canada.
